what to expect:

🌿 FORREST YOGA

Forrest Yoga is a powerful practice that emphasises breath, strength, and integrity. Known for its healing qualities, it helps you connect deeply with your body, release held tension, and build inner resilience. Some movements involve holding a plank or bearing weight through your hands, but everything will be offered with variations and plenty of support. The most important thing is that you listen to your body and honour what feels safe for you. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have years of practice, this session will meet you exactly where you are.

🍵 TEA PAUSE

A gentle interlude to ground, sip something warm, and reflect before the sound journey.

✨ IMMERSIVE SOUND HEALING

Sound healing works through vibration and resonance, allowing your body and mind to enter a state of profound rest. Immersed in tones from gongs, bowls, and other instruments, you may experience deep release, emotional clarity, and the subtle re-tuning of your whole being.

🖊️ INTEGRATION

We’ll close with journaling reflections and a moment to pivot - reorienting toward your own intention and what you most desire to carry forward.

🍂 Step into the season not just lighter - but braver, clearer, and beautifully reoriented.

Camille - sound & Body healer

Camille’s path into sound healing grew from her deep love of holistic wellbeing and her own journey of inner exploration. She brings warmth, compassion, and soulful presence to her work, creating spaces where people feel safe to let go and simply be.

Through the resonance of gongs, bowls, and her magic, Camille guides others into states of deep rest and alignment - supporting not just relaxation, but genuine release, clarity, and renewal. Her sound journeys are an invitation to be carried by vibration into a place where the body softens, the mind quietens, and the heart remembers its own rhythm.

I am always blown away by the depth of care and integrity Camille weaves into every single offering she creates. Here, you come first.

Polly - Forrest YOGA | rooted in healing & embodiment

I’m Polly, a Forrest Yoga teacher and body-based practitioner. My own path to this work began during a demanding corporate career, when my life seemed to be breaking down - I discovered it was actually a profound awakening. That experience reshaped everything: it showed me the cost of disconnection, and the courage it takes to live with honesty and integrity.

I trained in Forrest Yoga because of its healing depth: the way it combines breath, strength, and awareness to release tension and build resilience. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerful this practice can be in supporting people to step into their truth, both on and off the mat.

My intention in sharing this work is simple yet vital: to hold spaces where people can meet themselves with compassion, courage, and clarity, and to honour the integrity of the process every step of the way.

I continue to weave in other healing modalities - body work, energy and spirit. For me, this path is about courage: finding the bravery to let go of old limiting beliefs and to stand more fully in who you are.
