step into your power
in 2026

We are closing the Year of the Snake - a time to shed old skin, release what no longer serves, and sit in the stillness of transformation.

The Year of the Fire Horse begins on February 17th, an energy that comes around only once every 60 years.

INTENTION

Passion

Freedom

Unstoppable forward momentum.

Are you tired of waiting for the right time?
What if readiness isn’t a feeling, but a choice?

Trust what is rising inside.

The Fire Horse calls for action.

Soul Space Sanctum is forming.

what is soul space

sanctum?

These sessions are unlike anything I have ever shared or held before.
Intuitively curated, responding to the energetic field we create together as a sanctum, a collective.

For this reason, a commitment to all three sessions is required.

The environment is delicate and intimate,

limited to 6 participants

Throughout the Sanctum we will explore:

  • Embodied practice through Forrest Yoga, therapeutic themes

  • Integration of spiritual and ceremonial ritual, drumming, and sharing circles

  • Move, breathe, rest, and anchor your body as a vessel for your emerging power

  • Optional grounding space at The Allotment Cafe, for conversation and refreshment.

  • A WhatsApp group will support our journey together - exploring lunar insights and weekly tarot for the collective.

welcome to the sanctum

The Sanctum takes you where the mind cannot follow, and the body holds the truth you are ready to meet, this experience gently guides you through layers of practice that supports; emotional processing, boundary repair and deep nervous system recalibration.

Each month builds on the last, inviting you into greater contact with yourself - holding yourself to account, whilst overcoming limiting beliefs and protective patterning.

🌿 FORREST YOGA & OPENING CEREMONY

Forrest Yoga is a powerful practice that emphasises breath, strength, and integrity. Known for its healing qualities, it helps you connect deeply with your body, release held tension, and build inner resilience. Some movements involve holding a plank or bearing weight through your hands, but everything will be offered with variations and plenty of support. No experience of Forrest is required, however yoga experience is supportive and advised.

✨ SOMATIC & PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC INQUIRY

We journey into the intelligence of the body - meeting your edges through touch, presence, and breath. Expect to work with hands-on assists and body work, supporting your nervous system to release and recalibrate.

🍵 TEA PAUSE

Optional grounding and reflection at The Allotment Café next door. Enjoy conversation, connection, and refreshment as you integrate with your group - whilst finding a space to be with your own experience.

🖊️ ONGOING SUPPORT

After each session, the connection continues through a private WhatsApp group, where we navigate the journey together; sharing lunar insights, tarot reflections, and supportive guidance between gatherings.

This is a space to move, breathe, rest, and anchor your body as a vessel for your emerging power.

Polly - Forrest YOGA | rooted in healing & embodiment

I’m Polly, a Forrest Yoga teacher and body-based practitioner. My own path to this work began during a demanding corporate career, when my life seemed to be breaking down - I discovered it was actually a profound awakening. That experience reshaped everything: it showed me the cost of disconnection, and the courage it takes to live with honesty and integrity.

I trained in Forrest Yoga because of its healing depth: the way it combines breath, strength, and awareness to release tension and build resilience. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerful this practice can be in supporting people to step into their truth, both on and off the mat.

My intention in sharing this work is simple yet vital: to hold spaces where people can meet themselves with compassion, courage, and clarity, and to honour the integrity of the process every step of the way.

I continue to weave in other healing modalities - body work, energy and spirit. For me, this path is about courage: finding the bravery to let go of old limiting beliefs and to stand more fully in who you are.
