
Sunday Sessions: Yoga & Brunch
Service Description
These Sunday gatherings are an invitation to step out of the pace of the week and into something more intentional. A slower, more spacious practice designed to support both body and mind - through movement, reflection, and connection. Each session will explore a therapeutic theme, gently woven into a Forrest yoga practice. Expect a balance of strength and softness, depth and lightness - a space where you can meet yourself honestly, just as you are. Alongside the opportunity to soften and release, this practice is also about reconnecting to your strength. Building stability in the body, resilience in the breath, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself. This is not just about the physical practice. It’s about creating space to: – Reconnect with your body – Return to strength and integrity – Reflect on where you are and what you need – Release what feels ready to soften or let go – And leave feeling more grounded, clear, and resourced. We’ll close the practice gently, allowing time to land and integrate. Afterwards, you’re warmly invited to join for a coffee (and or brunch) next door at The Allotment Cafe for an opportunity to simply enjoy a moment of ease and conversaiton before returning to your day. ✨ The details: 🗓 Select Sundays ⏰ 2 hours 15 minutes (including integration time) 📍 Gusto House, Collingham 💫 £30 per session 💛 £80 when booking all 3 sessions 🌿 This space is for you if… – You’re craving a slower, more intentional start to your Sunday – You want more than just a physical practice – You value both strength and softness – You’re ready to reconnect with yourself - honestly, and without pressure. Forrest Yoga - Forrest yoga is a powerful practice that emphasises breath, strength, & integrity. Known for its healing qualities, it helps you connect deeply with your body, release held tension, & build inner resilience. Some movements involve holding a plank or bearing weight through your hands, everything will be offered with variations & support. The most important thing is that you listen to your body and honour what feels safe for you. Practical Details - Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, cushion perhaps and anything that helps you feel comfortable and cosy. N.B. Pre-paid workshops are non refundable. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason you are entitled to offer your place to another participant. Please see full T&C's.






Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for weekly classes are available up to 2 hours before the start of the class, free of charge. With less than 2 hours, you will not be able to re-use your drop in or session from your pass. No exceptions made. No partial or full refund given once the block booking has started unless classes are cancelled by the centre. If you are unable to attend one of the classes please provide 2 hours notice and you can then use the class on any of the other classes on the timetable. Workshops and bookings for beginners’ programmes (e.g. 6-week courses) are non-refundable once your place is confirmed. If you are unable to attend, BSY cannot take responsibility for filling your place, although waitlists will be considered where possible.
