Each Soul Space session is a sanctuary - a place to soften, unwind, and come home to yourself. Through breath, mindful movement, and compassionate touch, the body is guided toward natural balance and deeper rest.

Drawing on principles of Body Psychotherapy, each session offers space to listen to what’s held within - gently accessing and tending to specific areas in the body that call for attention. Whether it’s tension, emotion, fatigue, or curiosity, the work meets you exactly where you are, creating room for release, reconnection, and integration.

No two sessions are ever the same, they unfold intuitively, shaped around your body’s story on the day. Join me in a quiet sanctuary created by Lou - a safe intimate space, tucked away in Southwell. 

This work feels like the heart of my practice - where movement, touch, and emotional presence meet. Each session is an unfolding conversation between body and breath, guided by trust and intuition. I’d be honoured to hold space for you here.

what to expect:

  • A warm, softly lit studio with mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows provided

  • 60 minutes of guided movement and hands-on assists

  • 30 minutes of supported rest and bodywork

  • Time to arrive and integrate before and after your session

All you need to bring is yourself, and a willingness to slow down.

FORREST YOGA:

Forrest Yoga is a powerful practice that emphasises breath, strength, and integrity. Known for its healing qualities, it helps you connect deeply with your body, release held tension, and build inner resilience. Some movements involve holding a plank or bearing weight through your hands, but everything will be offered with variations and plenty of support. The most important thing is that you listen to your body and honour what feels safe for you. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have years of practice, this session will meet you exactly where you are.

SOUL SPACE
FOR ONE

90 minutes of dedicated one-to-one care.

A deeply attuned session created entirely around your individual needs.
You’ll be guided through a Forrest-inspired practice with hands-on assists, intuitive touch, and integrated bodywork to restore ease, spaciousness, and flow. What is present for you will determine where we travel - this is an intuitive exploration, ensuring this is exactly what you need.

This is time just for you - to rest deeply, move intuitively, and receive gentle, healing support for both body and mind.

FOR TWO

90 minutes of shared practice and restoration.

Designed for mothers and daughters, partners, or close friends - a shared space to move, breathe, and reconnect together.
The session weaves a guided partner practice with hands-on assists and restorative bodywork, creating a nourishing rhythm of connection and release.

It’s a beautiful way to share presence, both inwardly and with each other.

Investment: £120 per pair

this path is about
courage & truth

I’m Polly, a Forrest Yoga teacher and body-based practitioner. My own path to this work began during a demanding corporate career, when my life seemed to be breaking down - I discovered it was actually a profound awakening. That experience reshaped everything: it showed me the cost of disconnection, and the courage it takes to live with honesty and integrity.

I trained in Forrest Yoga, Body Psychotherapy and Body Work because of its healing depth: the way it combines breath, strength, and awareness to release tension and build resilience. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerful this practice can be in supporting people to step into their truth, both on and off the mat.

My intention in sharing this work is simple yet vital: to hold spaces where people can meet themselves with compassion, courage, and clarity, and to honour the integrity of the process every step of the way.

I continue to weave in other healing modalities - body work, energy and spirit. For me, this path is about courage: finding the bravery to let go of old limiting beliefs and to stand more fully in who you are.
