Service Description
Welcome! This course is for anyone ready to begin their yoga journey, or for those wanting to explore their practice more deeply. This isn’t simply about following along; it’s about finding your practice your way. Expect hands-on guidance and personalised options every step of the way. The style is both strong and gentle, activating areas of the body that benefit from engagement, while encouraging overworked areas to soften and release. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and open not only the body but also the emotional and energetic spaces that yoga can touch - supporting you both on and off the mat. Over six weekly one-hour classes, we’ll explore breath-work, alignment, and Body Psychotherapy-inspired themes, creating a solid foundation for your practice. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or simply seeking a deeper, supportive exploration, this is a safe and nurturing space to grow. Classes are intimate, limited to 8 participants, allowing for personal guidance, optional hands-on assists, and a focus on what your body truly needs. We’ll pay special attention to the core, breath, and gentle releases for the neck and lower back - areas often carrying tension from daily life. If the idea of a busy studio class fills you with dread, this is the series for you: small, supportive, and deeply attentive, where you can explore, strengthen, and soften at your own pace. Booking & Refund Policy (Important): Block course bookings (including this 6-week programme) are non-refundable once your place is confirmed. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify me in advance where possible. While we cannot offer refunds or make-up sessions, I will do my best to support.


Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for weekly classes are available up to 2 hours before the start of the class, free of charge. With less than 2 hours, you will not be able to re-use your drop in or session from your pass. No exceptions made. No partial or full refund given once the block booking has started unless classes are cancelled by the centre. If you are unable to attend one of the classes please provide 2 hours notice and you can then use the class on any of the other classes on the timetable. Workshops and bookings for beginners’ programmes (e.g. 6-week courses) are non-refundable once your place is confirmed. If you are unable to attend, BSY cannot take responsibility for filling your place, although waitlists will be considered where possible.
