Together, weโll explore the power of movement, stillness, & sound to realign with your inner authority - reflect yourself more truthfully. ๐ฟ What to Expect: An introduction to Forrest Yoga | Tea & snack | Sound bath | Journal & Integration โจ The Theme: A Brave Reorientation Autumn trees donโt simply let go - they reorient, turning energy inward, preparing for what comes next. This morning is an invitation to do the same: To pivot courageously from old expectations and patterns of pleasing. To reflect yourself honestly and fully. To step into winter with clarity, strength, and a deeper sense of alignment. Forrest Yoga - Forrest yoga is a powerful practice that emphasises breath, strength, & integrity. Known for its healing qualities, it helps you connect deeply with your body, release held tension, & build inner resilience. Some movements involve holding a plank or bearing weight through your hands, everything will be offered with variations & support. The most important thing is that you listen to your body and honour what feels safe for you. Tea Pause - A gentle interlude to ground, sip something warm, & reflect. Immersive Sound Bath - Sound healing works through vibration & resonance, allowing your body & mind to enter a state of profound rest. Practical Details - Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, cushion perhaps and anything that helps you feel comfortable and cosy. N.B. Pre-paid workshops are non refundable. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason you are entitled to offer your place to another participant. Please see full T&C's.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for weekly classes are available up to 2 hours before the start of the class, free of charge. With less than 2 hours, you will not be able to re-use your drop in or session from your pass. No exceptions made. No partial or full refund given once the block booking has started unless classes are cancelled by the centre. If you are unable to attend one of the classes please provide 2 hours notice and you can then use the class on any of the other classes on the timetable. Workshops are non refundable unless your place can be filled. BSY will not take on the responsibility to fill any replacement, however wait lists will of course be considered.
